This place has a very nice location with a great view. If you do not mind, having scents of mold, as this is an old building that you will enjoy your stay. Personally, I found that there was some mold odor that gave me headaches and I was feeling nauseous but our last day there.
Some people are not affected by that, but I do believe that may be in the ducting as it mainly felt that way when we turn the AC on.
I appreciate her tentativeness, and also the place was very clean, however, it did feel fairly old school and I wouldn’t liked if the outside furniture was not so unsupportive in the back or a little bit more laid-back as it was very uncomfortable.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The dock was great since we were coming by boat. The host was very quick to respond and also let us check in a little early which was very helpful. I think the only downfall was the lack of remotes for ceiling fan remotes to circulate the air, there were also no paper towels or dish towels for the kitchen so that made it hard for clean up. The full kitchen is nice but it did lack a few necessities. There is a grill, so we bought steaks but no steak knives. There was no spatula for cooking breakfast items on the stove which made it kind of difficult but we made it work. A great condo for the price and location. Very clean and a very responsive host. Nice size deck and nice balcony off the master. Not much seating in the living room area but it is very much as pictured. Great for a weekend get away.

Great place and amazing host. Place was very clean but the cleaning staff could give an extra mop and check some of the harder to reach areas. However I highly recommend the place.

We stayed 4 nights. Great location and spacious condo on the canal that is comfortable for 2-4. We enjoyed sitting on the deck til the Sun got strong. An outdoor umbrella would be great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was easy. We went to the beach nearby and brought their beach chairs which was convenient.

Aixa home was truely great. It accommodated me, my finance, and 3 teenage boys well.
Located in a very nice area and not far from the beach with plenty of things to do.

Very nice place, easy to get in, private parking, and backyard views of all the yachts were amazing.
Only critique would be the stairs to go up and down seemed a bit wobbly and dangerous when coming down.
Had to reach out to her bc someone from our party was very sensitive to the plugin smells but she followed up very quickly to make sure we were good!
